Depending on the day and client needs, team members may be working at corporate headquarters in San Jose, CA, from their homes or offices across the street, or across the country. And, if it’s not month-end, some employees may not be working at all.
Adding to the flexibility of location and workload, Hedge Trackers post most jobs as full-time or part-time and employees are empowered to work with their managers to “dial up” or “dial down” their professional bandwidth and availability – something rare in professional services and software companies or at other Silicon Valley-based businesses.
Today, what started as a one-woman, San Jose-based shop in 2000 has grown to include more than 50 professionals in locations across the country serving hundreds of clients.
