Software Spotlight: How to Access CapellaFX Help Videos
CapellaFX users can access help right at their fingertips with the new resource library that includes instructional videos. Videos can be easily accessed via the “Help Videos” icon in the bottom right corner on the main CapellaFX application page adjacent to the “Client Support” icon.
The library currently consists of videos pertaining to accessing and utilizing our client support portal or covering basic features of various main menu modules.
The selection of videos can be narrowed down to only those relevant for a specific topic you might be working on by clicking on the “question mark” button next to the collapse, expand and close buttons in the top right-hand corner of the following CapellaFX windows: Exposure, Trade, Company Setup and Security.
Additionally, all videos can be accessed within our “Client Support & Solutions” portal. To access the videos, click on the “Client Support” button in the bottom right corner of the CapellaFX home screen. You may need to provide log-in information to access the Client Support and Solutions Portals if you don’t have an active session already initiated. Once on the Support and Solutions Portal main screen, click on the “Video Tutorials” link.
Users viewing the tutorial videos are encouraged to provide suggestions for topics to include in our growing video library. Please submit feedback by clicking on the “Client Support” icon in the bottom right corner of the main CapellaFX screen, then selecting the “Video Tutorials” link on the CapellaFX Client Support page. Then click on the “Suggestion Box” link on the right side of the screen.
