How to Apply the 60 Day Rule in Your Foreign Currency Program- Webinar
We will review ASC guidance on probability for Cash Flow hedge designations and highlight key issues regarding the application of the 60 day (two-month) rule.

Under specific circumstances, such as if the hedged forecasted transaction is no longer probable of occurring , the hedging entity is required to discontinue the Cash Flow hedging relationship prospectively.
